Instead of chasing down daily reports or weekly check-ins, Workyard proactively prompts your team when it’s time to submit. With Geofence Triggers, admins can link Smart Forms to specific job-site locations so forms appear when a worker enters or exits a geofenced area - no manual sending required. 💡 Why This Matters Geofence Triggers ensure the right form shows up at the right place. Instead of relying on supervisors to remember when to send safety training, checklists, or compliance forms, Workyard handles it automatically based on location. 🔗 What's New AI Timecard Review Assistant, is a new tool designed to assist timecard approvers by leveraging artificial intelligence to analyze timecards. This assistant provides actionable suggestions based on historical timecard correction patterns, ultimately making the approval process more efficient and accurate. 📍What's Changing Traditionally, timecard approvers have needed to review and correct numerous entries manually. With the AI Timecard Review Assistant, the system will now analyze timecards for you and provide a set of suggested edits that can be easily review. These suggestions are based on historical data, making it easier to identify common corrections and reduce manual effort. ✳️ Why We Are Doing This Our goal is to streamline the timecard approval process and reduce the workload for approvers. By using AI to identify and suggest corrections, we aim to improve accuracy and speed up the approval workflow, ensuring that timecards are correct before they proceed to payroll or reporting. 🛠️ How to Get Started Starter and Pro customers will be able to trial AI Timecard Review assistant by upgrading to Enterprise. Enterprise customers will have the option to use the AI Time Review Assistant for any selected pay period. The assistant will analyze timecards and present suggested actions. Approvers can then accept or reject these suggestions. Additionally, we have included bulk action functionality, allowing approvers to filter suggested edits and perform bulk approvals or rejections efficiently.

We’re introducing a new feature that automatically pulls accurate, location-specific weather data straight into your Smart Forms - so foremen and supervisors never have to look it up or type it in manually again. 🔗 What's New This feature allows you to add the ability to automatically capture weather details into any of your Smart Forms templates, whether it's a Daily Report, Safety Inspection, or another template where you want to record weather information. This feature will auto-fill weather descriptions, temperatures, and conditions (like rain, wind, cloud cover) based on each jobsite’s location and the day’s timeline. This ensures consistent, accurate form submissions to track your crew's progress, while saving teams time and reducing manual entry errors.

We’re making major improvements to how Workyard fills out Smart Forms, starting with automatically pulling timecard information straight into your templates. Now, the hours your crews log in Workyard can flow directly into your Daily Reports, Work Orders, and more, eliminating manual retyping and reducing mistakes. 🔗 What’s New You can turn on the ability for your Smart Forms submissions to automatically populate it with accurate worker data from Workyard's timecards. When filling out the form, simply select the relevant project and date, and will Workyard surface the relevant timecard entries and populate the matching fields for you. You stay in control of what’s included, but no longer need to copy numbers over, saving time and ensuring consistent, accurate reporting.
