You can now receive alerts when a card is approaching its spending limit, so you can take action before transactions are declined.

When a card reaches a defined threshold—such as 90% of its limit—Workyard notifies the selected recipients with the card details and remaining available balance. Admins can adjust limits, fund the account, or guide the cardholder before it impacts work in the field.

Unexpected declines slow teams down and create unnecessary back-and-forth. Limit Approaching alerts give you advance visibility, helping you prevent disruptions and keep spending moving smoothly.
