You can now choose to export all notes from time cards in Workyard to QuickBooks Desktop when exporting time. This includes notes being mapped over to the right customer when they have a project tagged in Workyard. This new configuration option makes it easier to ensure you capture all the details of work performed when finalizing your invoices in QuickBooks.

Not every crew needs the same level of location tracking—and now, you don’t have to treat them all the same. You can now customize location tracking settings by team or individual to match the level of detail you need.

When setting up , there’s a new option to choose how location tracking is applied for the selected group.

One of the new options available is to . This is ideal for crews who stay at one job site all day and don’t require driving activity tracking.

This option disables features like auto clock in, auto-fill clock out time, and automatic project time tracking, as those rely on continuous location tracking.

We've added enhanced controls to help you customize how your team clocks in when entering a project geofence. You can now choose between:

if the disabled option is selecting this will stop any geofence entries, exits and notifications from being recorded while people are clocked out.

You can now choose to export all time marked as billable when sending time to QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. This new configuration option makes it easier to ensure billable hours are accurately captured in your accounting system.
