Available now in Time Cards → Time Assistant
When a worker leaves a note on their timecard — "I only took 30 minutes of break," "I clocked out at 5, not 6" — you used to have to read each one and make the correction by hand. Not anymore.
Our Time Assistant now reads the notes on your flagged timecards, tells you which ones actually need a change, and proposes the exact edit. The correction is already filled in — the right break duration, the right clock-out time — so there's nothing to hunt down or re-enter. You review it and approve.
It also knows what to leave alone. A note that's just a comment ("this is my June 3 timecard") won't trigger a change — only the ones that call for a real correction do.
What it looks like
A worker notes they only took a 30-minute break. Time Assistant flags the card and proposes cutting the break from 42 minutes to 30, keeping the 11:30 AM start.
A worker notes they clocked out at 5 PM, not 6. Time Assistant proposes changing the clock-out from 6 PM to 5 PM.
Nothing changes until you say so. Every edit is a suggestion you approve, so you stay in control of what lands on payroll.
