Send notifications on task updates

We're excited to announce a new enhancement to your task management workflow — you can now send email and mobile app notifications to assignees when task details are updated!
🆕 What’s New?
A new checkbox option labeled “Send Notification” is now available in the Edit Task Details panel. When checked, this feature will automatically notify all assigned users via email and mobile app notifications.
This ensures your team is always up to date when changes are made to:
  • Task start or due dates and times
  • Assigned projects
  • Or other relevant task details
✅ How to Use It:
  1. Navigate to a task and select Edit.
  2. Make the desired changes.
  3. Ensure the “Send Notification” checkbox is selected (enabled by default).
  4. Click Update.
That’s it — your assignees will instantly receive a notification!
🔕 Want to Skip Notifications?
Simply uncheck the box before saving your changes to silently update the task without triggering any alerts.
