Smart Forms
New: Edit Smart Forms Submissions
Sometimes a worker submits a form with missing or wrong info. And suddenly you're in a spreadsheet, fixing it manually, before you can share it anywhere. Not ideal.
The good news? That extra step is gone. Admins can now edit Smart Forms submissions directly in Workyard.
What's new:
- Edit text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes, and Workyard fields (projects, cost codes, etc.) right inside the submission
- Switch between View and Edit mode as needed
- Every change is logged with a name and timestamp - you'll always know who updated what and when
Note:
Signatures and file uploads can't be edited.Who can edit:
Admins only. Managers and workers see the updated version but can't make changes.Available now on the Workyard desktop web app.
