Improve GPS Tracking on Android with Battery Optimization

Battery optimization on Android can affect GPS tracking by limiting background activity to conserve power. This may cause delays, reduced accuracy, or temporary loss of GPS signals. Apps relying on real-time location data, like Workyard, may experience inconsistent performance .

Now when clocking in, we check if the phone has Battery Optimization set to If it's restricted, we have a new permission that asks your team members to switch battery optimization to before clocking in. This setting is optional, although they will be prompted every time they clock in until their setting is updated.
