Fund your Workyard Business Checking account directly from the Workyard app.Customers can now securely connect their external bank account and transfer funds into their Workyard Business Checking account without needing to log into their bank separately.

You can now:
- Securely connect your bank account using Plaid
- Transfer funds directly in-app using ACH
- Choose the amount to transfer and fund your account in a few steps
💡 Why this matters
Previously, customers needed to log into their external bank to push funds to their Workyard account. This sometimes caused delays or required costly wire transfers.
With in-app funding you can:
- Fund your account faster after approval
- Avoid switching between banking apps
- Reduce the need for wire transfers
- Easily fund even if your bank doesn’t support sending to Workyard’s routing number
🛠️ How it works
- Navigate to your Workyard Expense account via the Expenses menu in the Workyard Web app
- Select the Account tab
- Select Fund your account
- Connect your external bank securely via Plaid
- Enter the amount you want to transfer
- Confirm the transfer
- Funds will be transferred via ACH from your connected bank account

: You can decide which Expense Admins can have access to the funding experience via the "Access & Permissions" tab in the Expense menu.
