Until now, every form submission would land with someone who had to download it and forward it to whoever needed it - the PM on that job, the mechanic, the safety lead.
Now you can route submissions to the people who need to act on them, so nobody plays middleman.
What's new:
  • Add "Project Managers" as recipients
: If your form has the Project data field set up, you can now route each submission to go to the relevant manager(s) of the project it's tied to.
  • Route a specific answer to a specific person.
Set an answer as "unexpected" - like "Was anyone injured? → Yes" or "Is the machine operational? → No" - and send it straight to the right person. Injuries go to your safety lead. Down equipment goes to your mechanic. The moment it's submitted, not when it's next forwarded.
canny-combined
This came straight from what contractors told us - routing submissions by hand was the single most-requested change to how form notifications work.
