Connect your Acumatica instance to Workyard in a few steps. Once connected, Workyard keeps the two systems in sync:
- Import your employees, projects, cost codes, and earn codes from Acumatica, so your crews are tracking time against the same jobs and codes your office already uses.
- Export time cards straight to Acumatica, with each employee mapped to the right payroll item so hours land where they belong.
- Include time off in the same export — PTO and other leave flow through with the correct earn codes, alongside worked hours.
