You can now see the reason a transaction was declined directly in Workyard, so it’s easier to understand and resolve issues quickly.

When a card transaction is declined, Workyard surfaces the decline reason alongside the transaction details. This gives admins and accountants immediate visibility into what went wrong—whether it was a low balance, spending limit, merchant restriction, or another issue.

💡 Why It Matters

Declined transactions without context slow teams down and create unnecessary back-and-forth. By clearly showing the decline reason, Workyard helps you take the right action faster, reduce disruption in the field, and keep expenses moving.
