You can now choose specific admins to be notified when a card transaction is declined, along with the reason for the decline, so issues can be resolved quickly.
When a transaction is declined, the selected admins receive a notification that includes key details—such as the merchant, amount, and why the transaction was declined. This helps admins immediately understand what happened and take the right next step, whether that’s funding the account, adjusting limits, or guiding the cardholder.
