Export Expense Transactions to CSV for Easier Accounting
released

🔗 What’s New
We’ve added a new CSV export option to the Transactions page, making it easier to move transaction data into your accounting or ERP system.
You’ll now see an Export button on the Transactions tab that lets you download the transactions you’re viewing. The export includes key transaction details—such as date, merchant, amount, cardholder, and any linked Workyard project or cost code—along with a downloadable receipt link for each transaction.
đź’ˇ Why This Matters
This update streamlines accounting and reconciliation workflows. You can filter transactions in Workyard, export exactly what you need, and import clean, structured data into your accounting system—while still having quick access to receipts when you need them for verification or audits.
The export respects your current filters and downloads instantly, helping you move from review to reconciliation in just a few clicks.
